I began my insurance career directly out of High School as a file clerk with a medium sized San Fernando Valley (CA) agency.

I have also been a compliance manager for a large commercial property program and handled licensing and surplus lines filings for multiple states.
I am a past board member of the SoCal Valley NetVU Chapter, Past Chair of the NetVU Communications Committee (National Level), Member of NetVU Educators Guild and previously served on the Advisory Board of the Insurance Skills Center (insurance education arm of IBA West).

In 2014 I did a national web presentation for the Insurance Journal Academy of Insurance on the topic of "Pitfalls of Your Agency Management System and E&O Avoidance"
As well as a 2015 Webinar for NetVU Large Agencies Chapter on the topic of “Workflow & Compliance Auditing”.
I network with a large number of consultants who specialize in Human Resources, Recruiting, Coaching, Candidate Assessment, Accounting and a great many other areas of focus.
These experiences give me both the broad and specific view that helps me understand processes and how to match workflows to them.
I hold a California Insurance License (0714993).
